Resumo: | This article presents a methodology that has been used to promote the inclusion of young people from underprivileged communities in digital activism. The starting point of the methodology is the digital alfebetização of students in the language of the internet to make them able to build portals on the web. At this stage, students are trained to develop projects for the Internet that address themes of their social context, as a way to promote the representation of relevant issues of this social context in digital media. In the second part of the methodology, the central aspect is the use of cinema to promote the discussion of themes associated with public policies, leading students to develop strategies of social mobilization aimed at solving the problems of their social context identified in the first stage. In the final stage, students create portals to the internet to convey their social mobilization strategy. |

O ponto de partida da metodologia é a alfebetização digital dos estudantes na linguagem da internet para torná-los capazes de construir portais na web. Nesta etapa, os estudantes são capacitados para o desenvolvimento de projetos para a internet que abordam temas do seu contexto social, como forma de promover a representação de questões relevantes desse contexto social nos meios digitais. Na segunda parte da metodologia, o aspecto central é o uso do cinema para promover a discussão de temas associados à políticas públicas levando os estudantes a elaborar estratégias de mobilização social voltadas para a solução de problemas do seu contexto social identificados na primeira etapa.
