Resumo: The aim of this study is to report and reflect on the Informational Interventions developed in an University extension project that promotes assistance to families of children and adolescents with Autistic Spectrum Disorder (ASD), during the COVID-19 pandemic. For this purpose, this is an experience report that occurred in three stages: 1) embracement and survey of the families’ demands, 2) preparation of informational materials and 3) articulation with the community, dissemination and access to the materials. Booklets, video and infographic were produced and disseminated on different social media and shared in online groups of family members and professionals. Para tanto, trata-se de um relato de experiência que se deu em três etapas: 1) acolhimento e levantamento das demandas das famílias, 2) elaboração de materiais informativos e 3) articulação com o território, divulgação e acesso aos materiais.
