Gênero e Diversidade na Escola.O nosso trabalho busca responder a problemática acerca da representação que alun@s negr@s tem acerca de seus professor@s branc@s em uma escola da Rede de Educação de Santa Catarina. Se esta representação esta relacionada a questões de raça/etnia ou somente pela identificação que existe nas relações sociais e culturais. Os objetivos analisados foram à observação da relação entre alun@s negr@s com professor@s branc@s e professor@s negr@s; entender qual fator gera a representação por parte d@s alun@s negr@s em relação aos professor@s negr@s ou em relação aos professor@s branc@s e, por último averiguar este ou os marcadores que permeiam a identificação entre @s alun@s e @s professor@s negr@s ou com professor@s branc@s. A pesquisa foi realizada entre os meses de junho de 2016 a dezembro de 2016, através da análise de um questionário, de entrevistas e de um texto produzido pel@s alun@s da escola.Our work tries to answer the problematic about the representation that black students have about their white teachers in a school of the Education Network of Santa Catarina. Whether this representation is related to race / ethnicity issues or only by the identification that exists in social and cultural relations. The objectives analyzed were to observe the relationship between black students with white teachers and black teachers; Understand which factor generates representation on the part of black students in relation to black teachers or white teachers, and finally to investigate which markers permeate the identification between students and black teachers or with white teachers / The research was carried out between June 2016 and December 2016, through the analysis of a questionnaire, interviews and a text produced by the students of the school.Florianópolis, SCIdentidade.
