Sabe-se, no entanto, que uns dos fatores que causa a mortalidade de empresas é ausência de um plano de negócios antes de abrir um empreendimento. Portanto, verificou-se que é fundamental elaborar um Plano de negócios, afim, de analisar se a viabilidade do empreendimento vale a pena ou não ser colocada em prática, atribuindo uma ampla visão no cenário que está inserido e aonde pretende chegar. No entanto, analisou-se que o mercado de entretenimento é positivo e oportuno para se investir, pois, esse segmento vem crescendo constantemente nos últimos anos. Assim sendo, este trabalho tem o principal objetivo de analisar a viabilidade de implantação de uma casa noturna na Região da grande Florianópolis. No qual, foram definidos os objetivos e justificativa do trabalho, apresentando elementos que serviram de base para o plano elaborado. Na fundamentação teórica foram abordados conceitos utilizados pelos autores para definir os principais temas relacionados ao empreendedorismo. Em sequência, na metodologia foram definidos os métodos de pesquisa, essenciais para a realização do plano de negócios, os procedimentos de coleta, análise de dados, afim, de descrever as características da população. Logo, o sumário executivo, descrição da empresa mostrando como será estruturada a casa noturna, seu diferencial, produtos e serviços oferecidos. E por fim, o plano operacional, plano de recursos humanos, estratégia de marketing por meio dos 4P's e plano financeiro. Sendo assim, por meio dessas etapas verificou-se que existe viabilidade de colocar em prática a Casa noturna, pois analisou-se que existe uma demanda para esse segmento, e que economicamente e financeiramente o empreendimento se torna-se viável.The mortality rate of companies during the first two years of operation has been growing steadily, mainly due to the lack of planning. It is known, however, that one of the factors that causes business mortality is the absence of a business plan before starting a business venture. Therefore, it was found that it is essential to elaborate a Business Plan, in order to analyze whether the viability of the enterprise is worthwhile or not to be put into practice, giving a broad view on the scenario that is inserted and where it intends to reach. However, it was analyzed that the entertainment market is positive and opportune to invest, because this segment has been growing steadily in recent years. Therefore, this work has the main objective of analyzing the feasibility of implementing a nightclub in the Greater Florianópolis Region. In which, the objectives and justification of the work were defined, presenting elements that served as the basis for the elaborated plan. In the theoretical foundation, concepts used by the authors to define the main themes related to entrepreneurship were approached. Then, the methodology defined the research methods, essential for the realization of the business plan, the collection procedures, data analysis, in order to describe the characteristics of the population. Therefore, the executive summary, description of the company showing how the nightclub will be structured, its differential, products and services offered. And finally, the operational plan, human resources plan, 4P's marketing strategy and financial plan.
