Gênero e Diversidade na Escola.Este estudo dedica-se a analisar a trajetória de ingresso e formação das mulheres na ACADEPOL/SC em 2016 na carreira de Delegada de Polícia. Para tanto, problematizo as percepções dessas mulheres, bem como as questões de gênero percebidas no período da formação policial. A pesquisa tem como interesses específicos, a investigação da quantidade de mulheres policiais que passaram a compor o efetivo da Polícia Civil em 2016 para a carreira de Delegada de Polícia, a identificação de dificuldades encontradas por essas mulheres para o ingresso nessa carreira, bem como as implicações das relações de gênero no curso de formação. A construção metodológica circunscreve-se no campo de Educação e Gênero. Para a coleta dos dados, um questionário semiestruturado foi aplicado às seis alunas Delegadas de Polícia da formação de 2016. O estudo tem relevância na área da Educação e da Segurança Pública, uma vez que estudos de gênero e suas relações contribuem para a compreensão e a interpretação dos processos sociais e educacionais construídos e presentes no curso de formação policial. A pesquisa permitiu-me a observação de múltiplas relações de gênero e desigualdades naturalizadas; de um lado, reconhecendo as práticas preconceituosas oriundas da sociedade e (re)apresentadas nos cursos de formação, e de outro lado, homens e mulheres que em relação provocam o meio social existente. Por fim, sinaliza-se que há mostras de enfrentamento das mulheres para com as várias formas de domínio masculino, no ensino policial, que ressignificam e questionam a (in)visibilidade das mulheres e as relações de gênero em carreiras profissionais, ainda, hegemonicamente masculinas.This study is aimed at analyzing the trajectory of entry and training of women who joined ACADEPOL/SC in 2016 for the career of Police Delegate. Therefore, I problematize the perceptions of these women, as well as the gender issues perceived in the period of police training. The research has as specific interest, the investigation of the number of female police officers who entered the institution in 2016 for the career of Police Delegate, the identification of difficulties encountered by these women to enter this career, as well as the implications of gender relations in the training course. The methodological construction is limited in the field of Education and Gender. In order to collect data, a semi-structured questionnaire was applied to the six female Police Delegates from the 2016 training. The study has relevance in the area of Education and Public Security, since gender studies and their relationships contribute to the understanding and interpretation of the social and educational processes built and present in the police training course. The research allowed me to observe multiple gender relations and naturalized inequalities; On the one hand, recognizing prejudiced practices from society and (re) presented in training courses, and on the other hand, the reflection on men and women that provoke the existing social environment.
