Zandoná, JairGrossi, Miriam PillarUniversidade Federal de Santa CatarinaCasagrande, Maria Aparecida2017-02-24T22:23:26Z2017-02-24T22:23:26Z2017-02-24info:eu-repo/semantics/publishedVersioninfo:eu-repo/semantics/bachelorThesisThis study is aimed at analyzing the trajectory of entry and training of women who joined ACADEPOL/SC in 2016 for the career of Police Delegate. Therefore, I problematize the perceptions of these women, as well as the gender issues perceived in the period of police training. The research has as specific interest, the investigation of the number of female police officers who entered the institution in 2016 for the career of Police Delegate, the identification of difficulties encountered by these women to enter this career, as well as the implications of gender relations in the training course. The methodological construction is limited in the field of Education and Gender. In order to collect data, a semi-structured questionnaire was applied to the six female Police Delegates from the 2016 training. The study has relevance in the area of Education and Public Security, since gender studies and their relationships contribute to the understanding and interpretation of the social and educational processes built and present in the police training course. The research allowed me to observe multiple gender relations and naturalized inequalities; On the one hand, recognizing prejudiced practices from society and (re) presented in training courses, and on the other hand, the reflection on men and women that provoke the existing social environment. Finally, there is evidence of women's confrontation with the various forms of male dominance in police education, which resignify and question the (in) visibility of women and gender relations in professional careers, which are still hegemonically masculine.application/pdfhttps://repositorio.ufsc.br/xmlui/handle/123456789/173771porreponame:Repositório Institucional da UFSCinstname:Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina (UFSC)instacron:UFSCinfo:eu-repo/semantics/openAccess2017-02-24T22:23:26Zoai:repositorio.ufsc.br:123456789/173771Repositório InstitucionalPUBhttp://150.162.242.35/oai/requestopendoar:23732017-02-24T22:23:26Repositório Institucional da UFSC - Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina (UFSC)false |
