Resumo: This article proposes the exploration of a crowdfunding system for sustainable construction to foment projects based on blockchain technology. The blockchain offers a more fair and reliable solution for crowdfunding, allowing for greater financial inclusion and transparency in fund management. The proposed platform utilizes smart contracts and tokens to create a secure, transparent, and efficient crowdfunding system. The goal is to increase access to financing for sustainable projects and advance sustainable construction.
