Resumo: Objective: This article aims to analyze the self-image of women with urinary incontinence treated at the physiotherapy outpatient clinic. Methods: Cross-sectional, descriptive, quantitative study based on a documentary analysis of physiotherapy records of a secondary service of medium complexity in a city in the interior of Rio Grande do Sul. The records contained sociodemographic data, data on urinary incontinence, as well as such as the use of the Female Genital Self-Image Scale (FGSIS) questionnaire. Descriptive statistical analysis was used in absolute and relative frequency and the Shapiro-Wilk normality test. Results: The sample consisted of eight women with a mean age of 52.75 ± 13.5 years, with a predominance of multiparous women, vaginal deliveries and who underwent hormone replacement. In relation to urinary incontinence, there was a predominance of mixed type, in the form of a jet, caused by effort and with the use of permanent protection. The average FGSIS score was 19.25 ± 3.95 points, showing a negative genital self-image. The most affected domains were functioning (2.25 ± 0.88 points) and care (mean 2.25 ± 0.46 points). There was no significant difference between the FGSIS domains. Final considerations: The findings of the present study demonstrate that women presented a negative self-image with worse results in the domains of functioning and care.
