THE BRAZILIAN AMAZON AND PROTOCOLS OF PRIOR CONSULTATION:: THE INSTRUMENTALIZATION OF THE FIGHT FOR THE CITY OF THE FOREST

Resumo: | The Amazon is considered a set of ecosystems, characterized mainly by its rich socio-biodiversity, which has undergone a disorderly occupation process and a consequent change in the region's urbanization dynamics in its Brazilian portion, that leads to the reformulation of normative instruments, in order to formalize and strengthen the struggle for the logic of the city of Florest, as is the case of the Protocolos Autônomos de Consulta Prévia (PACP). Thus, the general objective of this research is to analyze the relationship of PACP with the guarantee of the right to the city in the city of the Forest. For this purpose, the deductive approach method was used. Regarding the investigation techniques, the survey and analysis of bibliographic and documentary data were used. As a result, it was observed that the PACP can be considered operational instruments both for the right to consultation and for the city as a space for reunion. |

As a result, it was observed that the PACP can be considered operational instruments both for the right to consultation and for the city as a space for reunion.La Amazonía es considerada un conjunto de ecosistemas, caracterizados principalmente por su rica sociobiodiversidad, que ha venido sufriendo a lo largo del tiempo un proceso desordenado de ocupación y el consecuente cambio en la dinámica de urbanización de la región en su porción brasileña, por lo que los instrumentos regulatorios deben ser (re)pensado para formalizar y fortalecer la lucha por la lógica de la ciudad del Bosque, como es el caso de los Protocolos Autônomos de Consulta Prévia (PACP). Así, el objetivo general de esta investigación es analizar la relación de las PACP con la garantía del derecho a la ciudad en la ciudad del Bosque. Para tanto, se utilizó el método de enfoque deductivo. En cuanto a las técnicas de investigación se utilizó el levantamiento y análisis de datos bibliográficos y documentales. En consecuencia, se pudo observar que las PACP pueden ser consideradas instrumentos operativos tanto del derecho a la consulta como de la ciudad como espacio de reunion.A Amazônia é considerada um conjunto de ecossistemas, caracterizada principalmente pela sua rica sociobiodiversidade, a qual vem sofrendo ao longo dos tempos um desordenado processo de ocupação e a consequente alteração na dinâmica de urbanização da região em sua porção brasileira, de modo que instrumentos normativos precisam ser (re)pensados para formalizar e fortalecer a luta pela lógica da cidade da Floresta, como é o caso dos Protocolos Autônomos de Consulta Prévia (PACP). Assim, é objetivo geral da presente pesquisa analisar a relação dos PACP com a garantia do direito à cidade na cidade da Floresta. Para tanto, fez-se uso do método de abordagem dedutivo. Em relação às técnicas de investigação, utilizou-se o levantamento e a análise de dados bibliográficos e documentais.
