Resumo: The paper assesses the degree of compliance with the judgment of the Inter-American Court of Human Rights, in the case of Fazenda Brasil Verde Workers. For this purpose, in addition to the analysis of related state actions, the legal content of contemporary slavery is contextualized and delimited, based on the cases that have been processed in the Inter-American System and the conceptual update on slavery, serfdom, slave trade and women, and forced labor. The research uses the hypothetical-deductive approach method and presents itself as exploratory as to the objectives, of a qualitative nature and based on bibliographic and documentary procedures. It is concluded that there was no full compliance with the sentence in relation to the measures of prevention and repression, and regarding the repair of damages, especially the removal of the prescription of the crime of international slavery law and its analogous forms and the payment of damages. moral and material. The historical structural discrimination allows the continuity of the practice and demands state actions for the formulation and implementation of public policies.

Con ese fin, además del análisis de las acciones estatales relacionadas, el contenido legal de la esclavitud contemporánea se contextualiza y delimita, en función de los casos procesados ​​en el Sistema Interamericano y en la actualización conceptual sobre esclavitud, servidumbre, trata de esclavos y mujeres y trabajo forzoso. La investigación utiliza el método de enfoque hipotético-deductivo y es exploratoria en términos de objetivos, de naturaleza cualitativa y basada en procedimientos bibliográficos y documentales. Se concluye que la sentencia no se ha cumplido plenamente en relación con las medidas preventivas y represivas, y en relación con la reparación de daños, en especial la eliminación de la prescripción del delito del derecho internacional de la esclavitud y sus formas análogas y el pago de daños de naturaleza moral y material. La discriminación estructural histórica permite que la práctica continúe y requiere acciones estatales para la formulación e implementación de políticas públicas.O artigo avalia o grau de cumprimento da sentença da Corte Interamericana de Direitos Humanos, no Caso dos Trabalhadores da Fazenda Brasil Verde. Para tanto, além da análise das ações estatais correlatas, realiza-se a contextualização e a delimitação do conteúdo jurídico da escravidão contemporânea, a partir dos casos que tramitaram no Sistema Interamericano e da atualização conceitual quanto à escravidão, servidão, tráfico de escravos e mulheres, e trabalho forçado. A pesquisa utiliza o método de abordagem hipotético-dedutivo e apresenta-se como exploratória quanto aos objetivos, de natureza qualitativa e com base nos procedimentos bibliográfico e documental. Conclui-se que não houve atendimento integral da sentença em relação às medidas de prevenção e repressão, e no tocante à reparação dos danos, especialmente o afastamento da prescrição do delito de direito internacional de escravidão e suas formas análogas e o pagamento das indenizações por dano moral e material.
