Resumo: | The text problematizes the entrance of entrepreneurship in different formal educational settings, a fact that we consider is a production strategy of neoliberal governmentality. The stimulus to consumption, the need for a new type of worker, the renewed understandings of success, are some of the factors that serve as conditions of possibility for the formation of worker-entrepreneur model. In turn, formal educational institution, responsible, inter alia, to collaborate in the construction of the subjectivity of the individuals who enter into it, is called to meet this need for a new generation of productive subjects. Thus, the school system reacts reformulating, and establishing new goals that serve the interests of society that contains it. Teachers, producers and produced by that system, in a new pedagogical reflection exercise, should generate strategies to position their practices within the new regime. |

El estímulo hacia el consumo, la necesidad de un nuevo tipo de trabajador, la generación de renovadas comprensiones de éxito, son algunos de los factores que sirven como condiciones de posibilidad para la constitución del modelo de trabajador-emprendedor. A su vez, la institución educativa formal, encargada, entre otras cosas, de colaborar en la subjetivación de los individuos que en ella ingresan, es llamada a atender esta necesidad de una nueva generación de sujetos productivos. De este modo, el sistema escolar reacciona reformulándose, y estableciendo nuevas metas que respondan a los intereses de la sociedad que lo contiene.
