Multiple writings: the creation of authorial actions by means of appropriation

Resumo: | The present article analyzes the role of the cultural mediator as a proponent and creator of authorial actions within the exhibition space, as part of the scope of educational practices in art exhibits. Based on the concept of appropriation and conceptual art, analogies are drawn between the creative process of the artist and the educator using Marcel Duchamp and Hélio Oiticica's artistic practices as a reference. Just as a number of artists use appropriation to create their works, educators would activate the works or exhibition space with their actions by enhancing the fruition of the public. This practice, which is similar to artistic creation, takes place via the appropriation of several factors that allow for the authorship of the educator in a process of rewriting. This way, the way educators create authorial actions in visual arts exhibitions is investigated by a discussion of how mediation can become an authorial artistic process. |

A partir do conceito de apropriação e de Arte Conceitual, traçamos analogias entre o processo criativo do artista e o processo criativo do educador, ao utilizar como referência as práticas artísticas de Marcel Duchamp e Hélio Oiticica. Assim como diversos artistas se utilizam da apropriação para criar suas obras, os educadores ativariam com suas ações as obras ou espaço expositivo, ao potencializarem a fruição do público. Essa prática, de forma semelhante à criação artística, se dá por meio da apropriação de diversos fatores que tornam possível a autoria do educador, em um processo de reescrita.
