Stereotypes and the teaching of drawing: other perspectives

Resumo: | This paper brings reflections on what we commonly know as stereotyped drawing, whether graphically or culturally. It seeks to reflect on the construction of this design, its cognitive aspects and its teaching and learning in the classroom, addressing both its positive and negative points. To this end, authors such as Luquet (1969) and Duarte (2011) contribute to the cognitive construction of drawing. In turn, Vianna (1995) helps us to investigate this theme in the context of Art Teaching. In addition, we sought to exemplify some issues with the presentation and analysis of the authors' drawings as children |

Busca-se refletir sobre a construção desse desenho, seus aspectos cognitivos e seu ensino e aprendizado em sala de aula, abordando tanto seus pontos positivos quanto negativos. Para isso, autores como Luquet (1969) e Duarte (2011) contribuem no tocante à construção cognitiva do desenho. Por sua vez, Vianna (1995) nos auxilia a investigar esse tema no contexto do Ensino da Arte.
