Resumo: | The purpose of this article is to analyze orality teaching as it is presented in the PNLD 2019, as well as which are the main changes in the Guia 2019 in relation to its previous editions, regarding the orality work in textbooks intended for Elementary School early years. We adopted as methodological procedure the documentary research. The results of this study indicated that the criteria present in Guia 2019 do not bring any major innovation or advance regarding orality. |

Adotamos como procedimento metodológico a pesquisa documental.
