The Latin fermentation lexicon: choices and standards in the corpus fermentopedia

Resumo: In this work, the objective is to present the construction and analyzes of the Fermentopedia Study Corpus, composed of 7,030 texts on 157 Latin American fermented foods. After the treatment of the corpus, were carried out statistical surveys of terms and names of fermented foods explored by the Fermentation scientific-technological literature, from which were analyzed semantic-lexical groupings, observing the probabilistic and categorical aspects. Also, using two terminological cases, were discussed the possibilities of terminological-cognitive studies applied to texts on food and fermentation.

Após o tratamento do corpus, foram realizados os levantamentos estatísticos de termos e de nomes de alimentos fermentados explorados pela literatura científico-tecnológica da Fermentação, dos quais foram analisados agrupamentos semântico-lexicais, observando-se os aspectos probabilísticos e categóricos.
