Restorative Adoption Circle: recognizing service possibilities within the scope of the Institutional Reception protection measure

Resumo: This article seeks to describe and analyze the practices carried out within the scope of the implementation of the institutional sheltering measure in a nucleus of residential shelters of the Special Protection Foundation of Rio Grande do Sul in partnership with the technical team of the Multidisciplinary Service Center - CAPM of Judiciary Branch of the State of Rio Grande do Sul. The practice called “Restorative” was carried out under the guidance of the principles and values ​​of Restorative Justice, respecting the other technical guidelines guided for approaches in this context, in the hope of fostering and strengthening the family ties of children who were in institutional care and the applicants to its adoption. With the use of this methodology, we perceive and recognize its potential to contribute to the inclusion, participation, construction and strengthening of the family ties of those involved.

La práctica denominada “Restaurativa” se realizó bajo la guía de los principios y valores de la Justicia Restaurativa, respetando los demás lineamientos técnicos orientados para abordajes en este contexto, con la esperanza de fomentar y fortalecer los lazos familiares de los niños que se encontraban en acogimiento institucional y los solicitantes a su adopción. Con el uso de esta metodología, percibimos y reconocemos su potencial para contribuir a la inclusión, participación, construcción y fortalecimiento de los lazos familiares de los involucrados.Este artigo busca descrever e analisar as práticas realizadas no âmbito da execução da medida de proteção de acolhimento institucional em um núcleo de abrigos residenciais da Fundação de Proteção Especial do Rio Grande do Sul em parceria com a equipe técnica da Central de Atendimento Multidisciplinar – CAPM do Poder Judiciário do Estado do Rio Grande do Sul. A prática denominada “Restaurativa” foi realizada sob a orientação dos princípios e valores da Justiça Restaurativa, respeitando as demais orientações técnicas pautadas para abordagens neste contexto, na expectativa de fomentar e fortalecer os vínculos familiares de crianças que estavam em acolhimento institucional e os pretendentes a sua adoção.
