Pedagogical management in the context of technical schools linked to federal universities

Resumo: The article presents a study that sought to investigate the organization of pedagogical management in 23 technical schools linked to Brazilian federal universities. The theoretical review was based on references about school management, with an emphasis on pedagogical management, and research on the subject in technical schools. The methodology involved documentary research, with the collection and analysis of normative documents from each technical schools and data from their institutional websites. At the end of the collection, it was only possible to access documents and/or information about the pedagogical management of 21 technical schools. From the analysis of the data collected, diversity in the organization of pedagogical management in technical schools was observed, expressed in the different denominations of the pedagogical sectors, although they present similarities in their competences, which are focused on the coordination of teaching activities.

A revisão teórica está embasada em referenciais sobre a gestão escolar, com ênfase na gestão pedagógica, e pesquisas sobre o assunto em escolas técnicas. A metodologia envolveu uma pesquisa documental, com o levantamento e a análise de documentos normativos de cada escola, e de dados em seus sítios institucionais. Ao final do levantamento, foi possível ter acesso aos documentos ou informações sobre a gestão pedagógica de 21 escolas.
