Multidisciplinary integration of students and teachers to the Research Ethics Committee of the University of Santa Cruz do Sul: experiences and contributions to continuing education

Resumo: From the joint action of human beings in favor of common goals, situations of potency to learning emerge and, in this bias, students and professors who work in the same collegiate together with a Research Ethics Committee - CEP - build bridges that stimulate the multidisciplinarity and horizons of ethics in research. As an objective: to enhance reflections from the multidisciplinary integration of students and teachers to a CEP, considering experiences and contributions to continuing education. From this context, two aspects could be noticed in the north of the study, which are evidenced by weaknesses due to the high turnover of members and low knowledge on the part of the scientific community about the real work of the CEP, namely: educational; advisory; and, deliberative. In turn, the potential points regarding participation are articulated about the relevance and critical formation under the research biases regarding ethics and singular and multidisciplinary understandings under a central focus. In this way, it is understood that from this joint action, expanded and formative models are based and allow them to communicate with the singular, multidisciplinary and plural needs of each research and human beings, sensitive to the eyes of faculty and students.

Como objetivo: potencializar reflexões a partir da integração multidisciplinar discente e docente a um CEP, considerando vivências e contribuições para formação continuada. A partir desse contexto puderam ser notados duas vertentes aos nortes do estudo, os quais evidenciam-se fragilidades pela alta rotatividade de integrantes e baixo conhecimento por parte da comunidade científica acerca dos reais trabalhos do CEP, quais sejam: educativo; consultivo e deliberativo. Por sua vez, os pontos potenciais quanto a participação se articulam acerca da atinência e formação crítica sob os vieses de pesquisa no que tangem a ética e as compreensões singulares e multidisciplinares sob um foco central.
