Resumo: This work was based on an analysis of accessibility in Brazilian cinemas for deaf subjects, and will be developed through a theoretical foundation and interview with the Movement " Legend for those who do not listen but get excited” south. To meet the objective of this research, I opted for a case study in a qualitative research entitled Accessibility as an inclusion resource for deaf people in Brazilian cinema. This methodology was constituted in some stages: bibliographic survey on accessibility and inclusion of deaf people in cultural environments; Conducting a semi-structured interview with the coordinator of the movement here in the State, data analysis and some considerations. The collected data show that the struggles and resistance of the movement as an inclusion tool has brought some resignification in society about the deaf subject, the Brazilian Language of Signals, their way of communicating with the world. In conclusion, it is perceived that, yes, the movement brought and brings the inclusion of deaf people, to the proof of it are subtitled films, sanctioned Law and the recognition of militancy of Carilissa Dall'Alba.

Para atender o objetivo desta pesquisa, optei por um estudo de caso numa pesquisa qualitativa intitulada “A acessibilidade como recurso de inclusão para surdos no cinema brasileiro”. ​Essa metodologia foi constituída em algumas etapas: levantamento bibliográfico sobre acessibilidade e inclusão de pessoas surdas em ambientes culturais; Realização de uma entrevista semiestruturada com a coordenadora do movimento aqui no Estado, análise de dados e algumas considerações. Os dados coletados mostram que, as lutas e resistência do movimento como ferramenta de inclusão vem trazendo algumas ressignificações na sociedade sobre o sujeito surdo, a Língua Brasileira de Sinais, a sua forma de comunicação com o mundo.
