Resumo: | Our daily life has undergone several changes and impacts due to the COVID-19 pandemic, in this context we have been mapping the daily lives of three children from different families in a municipality in the interior of the state of Rio Grande do Sul. The guiding question of the study was to analyze the experience of being a child in the daily life of three families during the pandemic. As secondary objectives, we have to describe the daily life of three families in the pandemic and understand the conceptions of mental health in the three families in a pandemic context. As a methodology, we used an approximation of the cartographic method, where in the meetings a child and a family member from each family group were interviewed. We also used the field diary for data production, where the perceptions and sensations of the researcher and the families were written in online and face-to-face meetings. During the process, the family members had their daily lives changed, and due to the impacts of COVID- 19, there was also psychological suffering due to social isolation. In children, their respective daily lives underwent changes, where they increased the time of using technologies to play and study. We also noticed that their repertoires about this play are often limited to virtual games, bringing consequences and limitations in their experiences of being a child in their daily lives. |
