O perfil empreendedor no curso de Arquivologia da Universidade Federal de Santa Maria: um estudo entre ingressantes e concluintes

The world is in constant transformation, from a society that only saved its documents in paper files is passing, gradually, to a society that has information at its fingertips. With this, it is necessary that there be remodeling in the academic's thinking in the face of these innovations. This study presents as main objective to verify the entrepreneurial profile of the academics entering (2nd semester) and concluding (6th semester) the Course of Archivology of the Federal University of Santa Maria, in the year 2019, in comparison with similar research of the year 2010. And, as specific objectives it is intended to verify the characterizing profile of the incoming and outgoing academics (in the year 2019; identify the level of entrepreneurial trend of the incoming and outgoing academics in the year 2019; point out the entrepreneurial particularities of the academics of the Course of Archivology 2010 and 2019. It is justified by the interest of the author of this work in addressing two areas that deal with information, but with different approaches, which came from the training in Archivology and Administration. Therefore, the guiding question is: How is the perception of the profile of the academic of the 2019 Archivology Course, entrant and concluding, in comparison with 2010, with regard to entrepreneurship? As a methodological path, the General Entrepreneurial Trend Test (TEG) was adopted in order to verify the entrepreneurial profile in the Course of Archivology of UFSM. For the understanding of the aspects that permeate the universe of entrepreneurship and how this theme is present in the courses of Archivology was conducted a bibliographic survey. The questionnaire was applied to 2nd semester entrants and 6th semester graduates, 13 and 15 students, respectively. As a result it was observed that the students of the course of Archivology at UFSM, in the year 2019, do not present entrepreneurial tendency, as well as the compared with Vedoin (2010), being a negative sign, since it denotes the need for further studies, which may be curriculum or student profile.
