Aphasias are language disorders resulting from brain damage most often produced by stroke. In the present work was developed a mobile application with concepts of assistive technology for individuals with aphasia and health professionals, especially those in the socalled rehabilitation area (Physiotherapy, Speech Therapy and Occupational Therapy), which assist these people, evaluating and treating through therapeutic processes the sequelae imposed by aphasia. The application represented elements and real occupations of everyday life and aims to become a facilitating instrument for the individual with aphasia could express their health needs, as well as in the case of professionals delimit the goals of the therapeutic project. The validation of the application was attended by 12 professionals, 4 from each rehabilitation profession and 4 individuals with aphasia. This application was considered satisfactory based on the questionnaires applied in the validation with the 2 groups. It was observed that the developed technology met the research goals, providing information about the real health needs of the individual with aphasia to their professional therapist.
