CONSTRUCTION OF IDENTITIES AND EMOTIONS IN NARRATIVES OF A CLASSROOM MEDIATOR

Resumo: | This article aims to investigate the construction of identities and emotions of a teacher, from the analysis of narratives of experiences of inclusion in the school context. The theoretical architecture is based on the Systemic-Functional Linguistics, in interface with the studies of narrative, emotions and identities, and uses the Appraisal Theory for the analysis of evaluative lexical-grammatical instances. Results suggest that the teacher builds her identities as a dedicated, responsible and highly relevant professional. In addition, positive emotions are predominant in their reports, especially those linked to the evaluative domains of Judgment and Affection. |

A arquitetura teórica é fundamentada na Linguística Sistêmico-Funcional, em interface com os estudos da narrativa, das emoções e das identidades, e recorre ao Sistema de Avaliatividade para a análise das instâncias léxico-gramaticais avaliativas. Resultados sugerem que a professora-mediadora constrói suas identidades como uma profissional dedicada, responsável e de grande relevância.
