Resumo: | ABSTRACT. This paper is the result of a research project which aimed at analyzing the conceptions and expectations of teachers regarding the organization of countryside school. The theoretical studies arose from the Countryside Education Policies, underpinned on the works of Arroyo (2007) and Caldart (2004, 2008). The methodology had qualitative approach, being that in order to collect the data, semistructured interviews with the teachers of a countryside school, situated in the Settlement Carimã, city of Rondonópolis, in the Southeast Region of the State of Mato Grosso and analysis of the Pedagogical Political Project of the referred school were utilized. The obtained information indicate a concern of the interviewed with the need of reinforcing the comprehension of the democratic principles which guide the administration and the organization of the countryside school. |

Este texto es el resultado de un proyecto de investigación que objetivó analizar las concepciones y expectativas de profesores con relación a la organización de la escuela rural. Los estudios teóricos se realizaron sobre las Políticas de Educación Rural, apoyados en los trabajos de Arroyo (2007) y Caldart (2004, 2008). La metodología tuvo un enfoque cualitativo, y para la recogida de datos se utilizaron entrevistas semiestructuradas con profesores de una escuela rural, situada en el Asentamiento Carimán, municipio de Rondonópolis, Región Sudeste del Estado de Mato Grosso y análisis del Proyecto Político Pedagógico de la referida escuela . Las informaciónes obtenidas indican la preocupación de los entrevistados con la necesidad de profundizar en la comprensión sobre los principios democráticos que orientan la gestión y la organización de la escuela agraria.ABSTRACT. Os estudos teóricos se deram em torno das Políticas de Educação do Campo, apoiados nos trabalhos de Arroyo (2007) e Caldart (2004, 2008). A metodologia teve abordagem qualitativa, sendo que para a coleta de dados foram utilizadas entrevistas semiestruturadas com professores de uma escola do campo, situada no Assentamento Carimã, município de Rondonópolis, Região Sudeste do Estado de Mato Grosso e análise do Projeto Político-Pedagógico da referida escola. As informações obtidas apontam para a preocupação dos entrevistados com a necessidade de aprofundar a compreensão acerca dos princípios democráticos que norteiam a gestão e a organização da escola do campo.
