Resumo: ABSTRACT. This article is about a dissertation from a Master's Dissertation in Education by the Federal University of Santa Maria/UFSM and arises from the interest in researching as the life story of a literacy teacher, who works in a school in the countryside of the municipality of Restinga Sêca/RS, is related to his formative processes as a teacher. It seeks to bring the literacy teacher closer to her memories of personal and professional life trajectories. The research is qualitative according to studies of Bogdan and Biklen (1994), using the methodology of life history. The instruments that were part of the data collection are the semi-structured oral and written interview, field diary records and the autobiographical accounts. Among the authors who made the theoretical contribution in this work are: Arroyo (2004), Bosi (1999), Caldart (2004), Freire (1996), Nóvoa (1988), Tardif 2002), Souza (2006), and others who collaborate for studies on teacher education, life histories and rural education. Concluding this work, it is possible to give visibility and possibility to this teacher who works in rural areas, to revisit her training processes and to feel valued before the work she does.

Se busca hacer una aproximación de la profesora alfabetizadora a sus memorias de las trayectorias personales y profesionales de la vida. La investigación es de cuño cualitativo según estudios de Bogdan y Biklen (1994), utilizando la metodología historia de vida. Los instrumentos que formaron parte de la recolección de datos son la entrevista semiestructurada oral y escrita, registros en diario de campo y los relatos autobiográficos. En el caso de los autores de la novela, los autores de la novela, en la que se habla de "El amor de Dios" (2002), Souza (2006), y otros que colaboran para estudios sobre formación de profesores, historias de vida y educación del campo. Concluyendo este trabajo se logra dar visibilidad y posibilidad para esta profesora que actúa en el medio rural, en revisar sus procesos de formación y sentirse valorada ante el trabajo que realiza.ABSTRACT. Busca-se fazer uma aproximação da professora alfabetizadora às suas memórias das trajetórias pessoais e profissionais de vida. A pesquisa é de cunho qualitativo conforme estudos de Bogdan e Biklen (1994), utilizando a metodologia história de vida. Os instrumentos que fizeram parte da coleta de dados são a entrevista semiestruturada oral e escrita, registros em diário de campo e os relatos autobiográficos. Entre os autores que fizeram o aporte teórico neste trabalho estão Abrahão (2003), Antunes (2001, 2010), Arroyo (2004), Bosi (1999), Caldart (2004), Freire (1996), Nóvoa (1988), Tardif (2002), Souza (2006), e outros que colaboram para estudos sobre formação de professores, histórias de vida e educação do campo. Concluindo este trabalho consegue-se dar visibilidade e possibilidade para esta professora que atua no meio rural, em revisitar seus processos de formação e sentir-se valorizada perante o trabalho que realiza.
