Resumo: | Knowledge is a fundamental tool for workers to negotiate their working conditions with their employers. It allows them to identify problems, examine their causes and propose solutions autonomously. This articulation between participation and knowledge is fundamental in the current scenario, where the so-called Psychosocial Risks at Work emerge forcefully. In Argentina, these risks remain invisible, are barely recognized by employers and are not covered by labour laws. This article aims to examine the possibilities of workers' participation in the production of knowledge about Psychosocial Risks at Work and to be an active part in the prevention and monitoring of these risks within companies and organizations. |
