OF THE DOOR TO THE PORTAL: the space as metaphor of the journalistic narrative

Resumo: This paper of theoretical nature, and that it includes of the History of the Journalism, the Literature and the Philosophy, has as objective to confronts two times - the past and the present - of the journalistic production, from the places to investigate how much the materiality of the space conditions the narrative produced for the professionals. The first section approaches the transposition of the private space to the public, mediated for the openings thresholds of the house (doors, windows) while metaphor of the chronicle, establishing the modern journalist. The second section investigates the abandonment of the city and the return to the private environment where the journalistic work operates through virtual screens that carry the journalist to beyond the time and of the space, inaugurating a writing à la minute and each time more on demand.

La primera sección aborda la transposición del espacio privado al público, mediado a través de las aberturas umbrales de la casa (puertas, ventanas) mientras metáfora de la crónica, estableciendo el periodista moderno. La segunda sección investiga el abandono de la ciudad y la vuelta al entorno privado donde el trabajo periodístico se da a través de las pantallas virtuales que llevan el periodista más allá del tiempo y del espacio, inaugurando una escritura à la minute y cada vez más on demand.Este artigo de natureza teórica, e que abarca a História do Jornalismo, a Literatura e a Filosofia, tem como objetivo confrontar dois tempos – o passado e o presente – da produção jornalística, a partir dos lugares para daí investigar o quanto a materialidade do espaço condiciona a narrativa produzida pelos profissionais. A primeira seção aborda a transposição do espaço privado ao público, mediado pelas aberturas limiares da casa (portas, janelas) enquanto metáfora da crônica, fundando o jornalista moderno. A segunda seção investiga o abandono da cidade e o retorno ao ambiente privado em que o labor jornalístico se dá através de telas virtuais que transportam o jornalista para além do tempo e do espaço, inaugurando uma escrita à la minute e cada vez mais sob encomenda (on demand).   PALAVRAS-CHAVE: Jornalismo; literatura; história; trabalho.     ABSTRACT This paper of theoretical nature, and that it includes of the History of the Journalism, the Literature and the Philosophy, has as objective to confronts two times - the past and the present - of the journalistic production, from the places to investigate how much the materiality of the space conditions the narrative produced for the professionals.
