Resumo: This article proposes an analysis that includes self-representation in the connective environment through the collective creation of memes as a vector that operates in the construction of identities. From the engagement of fans of the reality show Big Brother Brazil, we observe the cognitive, aesthetic and linguistic processes and the practices of message re-signification in the production and consumption of memes. Given the way in which they focus on the readings that the fans perform, we can affirm that self-representation lies in the process of meme construction itself, when the user relates and interconnects several references of texts that come from his affective-social memory and media repertoire.

Universidade Federal do Tocantins - UFT2019-10-01info:eu-repo/semantics/articleinfo:eu-repo/semantics/publishedVersionapplication/pdfhttps://sistemas.uft.edu.br/periodicos/index.php/observatorio/article/view/719110.20873/uft.2447-4266.2019v5n6p700Observatory Journal; Vol. 5 No. 6 (2019): v. 5 n. 6 (2019): Netnografia e Humanidades Digitais: perspectivas e desafios Out-Dez (2019); 700-724Observatorio Magazine; Vol. 5 Núm. 6 (2019): v. 5 n. 6 (2019): Netnografia e Humanidades Digitais: perspectivas e desafios Out-Dez (2019); 700-724Observatoire Journal; Vol. 5 No. 6 (2019): v. 5 n. 6 (2019): Netnografia e Humanidades Digitais: perspectivas e desafios Out-Dez (2019); 700-724Revista Observatório ; v. 5 n. 6 (2019): v. 5 n. 6 (2019): Netnografia e Humanidades Digitais: perspectivas e desafios Out-Dez (2019); 700-7242447-426610.20873/uft.2447-4266.2019v5n6reponame:Revista Observatórioinstname:Universidade Federal do Tocantins (UFT)instacron:UFTporhttps://sistemas.uft.edu.br/periodicos/index.php/observatorio/article/view/7191/16329Copyright (c) 2019 Revista Observatórioinfo:eu-repo/semantics/openAccessVieira, Soraya Maria FerreiraStefano, Luiza de Mello2020-01-21T19:28:22Zoai:ojs.revista.uft.edu.br:article/7191Revistahttps://sistemas.uft.edu.br/periodicos/index.php/observatorio/oai2447-42662447-4266opendoar:2020-01-21T19:28:22Revista Observatório - Universidade Federal do Tocantins (UFT)false
