Resumo: Open Educational Resources (OERs) should provide equal access for all people, independent of their particular needs or preferences. If an OER that does not comply with web accessibility guidelines, it will hardly address the diversity of students’ learning needs. From a pedagogical and technological perspective various solutions have been proposed in an attempt to reduce inequality in educational settings. This article presents a technological infrastructure designed for supporting teachers in the creation, publishing and recovering of accessible OERs. The infrastructure was validated in the context of a training course offered to teachers from Latin America and results are promising.

Si un REA no cumple con lineamientos de accesibilidad web, difícilmente atenderá la diversidad de necesidades de aprendizaje de los estudiantes. Desde una perspectiva pedagógica y tecnológica varias soluciones se han propuesto como iniciativas para reducir la inequidad en contextos educativos. Este artículo presenta una infraestructura tecnológica diseñada para dar soporte a los profesores en la creación, publicación y búsqueda de REA accesibles. La infraestructura fue validada en el contexto de un curso de formación para profesores de Latino América y los resultados son prometedores.  Os recursos educacionais abertos (OERs) devem proporcionar acesso igual para todas as pessoas, independentemente de suas necessidades ou preferências particulares. Se um OER que não cumpra as diretrizes de acessibilidade da web, dificilmente abordará a diversidade das necessidades de aprendizagem dos alunos. Do ponto de vista pedagógico e tecnológico, diversas soluções foram propostas na tentativa de reduzir a desigualdade em contextos educacionais. Este artigo apresenta uma infra-estrutura tecnológica projetada para apoiar os professores na criação, publicação e recuperação de OERs acessíveis.
