Action-research in the reconnection of food-territory: mapping organic certifications in the Southwest and Coast of Paraná, Brazil

Resumo: This text is one of the first results of our New Research and Innovation Arrangements: Food and Territory program, funded by the Araucária Foundation in the state of Paraná, Brazil. It is related to the objective of understanding how agroecological food production  has been taking place in the southwest and coast of  Paraná since 2013, a process that we are understanding from a historical-critical and territorial conception focused on cooperation with peasants, as well as with consumers of these food products. Thus, understanding the historical movement towards the territorialization of agroecological practices is fundamental, along with understanding how organic certifications take place, a topic described and represented in this text, serving as one of the bases guiding our research-action-participatory actions with the subjects of our program.

Teniendo como objetivo conocer cómo se viene dando la producción agroecológica de alimentos en el Sudoeste y Litoral de Paraná desde 2013, proceso que estamos entendiendo desde una concepción histórico-crítica y territorial centrada en la cooperación con los campesinos, así como con los consumidores de estos alimentos. Por lo tanto, la comprensión del movimiento histórico hacia la territorialización de las prácticas agroecológicas es fundamental, junto con la comprensión de cómo las certificaciones orgánicas se llevan a cabo, un tema descrito y representado en este texto, sirviendo como una de las bases que guiarán nuestras acciones de investigación-acción-participativa con los sujetos que comprenden este programa.Este texto é um dos primeiros resultados do nosso programa Novos Arranjos de Pesquisa e Inovação Alimento e Território, financiado pela Fundação Araucária, Estado do Paraná. Está relacionado ao objetivo de conhecer como acontece a produção agroecológica de alimentos no Sudoeste e no Litoral do Paraná a partir de 2013, processo que estamos compreendendo a partir de uma concepção histórico-crítica e territorial voltada para a cooperação com os camponeses e com as camponesas, bem como com os consumidores e as consumidoras destes produtos alimentares.
