Resumo: The present paper refers to an experience report of online consultations performed during the Covid-19 pandemic, with family members (mother/grandfather) of children with school complaints, by extensionists of the project “School Complaint Guidance” at the Federal University of Catalão. The goal of the project is to contribute to overcoming the school complaint and moving the triad child-school-family. Thus, aiming to work with the families, weekly online groups were held with four mothers and one grandmother. The theoretical framework used was the Cultural-Historical Theory. The historical context we live in has implications for the schooling process, in social dynamics, among other issues. Thus, the welcoming and listening with these families were carried out, in the construction of new paths in the orientation to school complaints.

O objetivo do projeto era contribuir para a superação da queixa escolar, movimentando a tríade criança-escola-família. Destarte, visando o trabalho com as famílias, foram realizados grupos, semanalmente de forma online, com quatro mães e uma avó. O referencial teórico utilizado foi a Teoria Histórico-Cultural. O contexto histórico que vivemos acarretou implicações no processo de escolarização, nas dinâmicas sociais, entre outras questões.
