Memory, body and territory: the insurrection of indigenous epistemes in resistance movements

Considering that indigenous formations are changing in this 21st century through the action of new actors in new fields, in this study, through the articulation of theoretical operators of discourse studies and the establishment of dialogues between the works of Foucault, Guattari and the decolonizing critical praxis of Cusicanqui, we seek to problematize the politics of subjectivation, of the production of the other in colonial discourse, and how this subjection is subverted in the expressions of resistance. To this end, we will map the different topographies that emerge in the relations between body and territory, in the production of indigenous memories, from recurrent and scattered expressions in audiovisual productions that emerged after the creation of the Xingu Indigenous Park, a time frame that stretches from the mid-1960s to the present, as well as in publications on the internet and records of self-proclaimed indigenous art exhibitions.
