Resumo: | Since its creation, the Technological Incubator of Popular Cooperatives, University of São Paulo, Brasil(Incubadora Tecnológica de Cooperativas Populares ITCP-USP) has in popular education one of themethodological references of its practices. Therefore, the objective of this work is to present the strategiesof popular education present in the work of Incubator. For this, the methodology of systematization in popular education will be used, for which a theory should serve to organize and systematize the experiencesof intervention in a field. The three chosen strategies of popular education were: the strengthening of thecollective organization of the workers; the recognition of knowledge derived from work experience; andthe understanding of workers’ needs. From their historical contextualization they will serve to reflect onscenes of the ITCP-USP’s performance in a Recycling Cooperative. When it is understood that the solidarityeconomic enterprise must consider aspects beyond the economic ones, the strategies of the populareducation provide readings and practices that favor the union among the workers. |

Desde sua criação, a Incubadora Tecnológica de Cooperativas Populares da Universidade de São Paulo (ITCP-USP) tem na educação popular um dos referenciais metodológicos de suas práticas. Por isso, o objetivo deste trabalho é apresentar as estratégias da educação popular presentes na atuação da Incubadora. Para isso, será utilizada a metodologia de sistematização em educação popular, para a qual uma teoria deve servir para organizar e sistematizar as experiências de intervenção em um campo. Foram escolhidas três estratégias da educação popular: o fortalecimento da organização coletiva dos trabalhadores; o reconhecimento dos saberes oriundos da experiência de trabalho; e a compreensão das necessidades dos trabalhadores. A partir de sua contextualização histórica elas servirão para a reflexão sobre cenas da atuação da ITCP-USP em uma Cooperativa de Reciclagem.
