Tax education project in schools in Bahia: political-normative organization, pedagogical strategies, limits and challenges

Resumo: This research has as its theme the Tax Education and as its object the Project of Tax Education in Schools of the State of Bahia (PEFE-BA). The objective is to analyze the phenomena related to the political-normative organization that delimits the PEFE-BA, within the scope of the Tax Education Program of the State of Bahia (PEF-BA), as well as the pedagogical strategies adopted for the dissemination of Tax Education in school environment. The temporal delimitation of the research, part of the creation of the Tax Education Group of the State of Bahia (GEFE/BA), aiming at the implementation of the National Program of Tax Education (PNEF) in the state education system. The research used bibliographical and documentary research to explore theoretical assumptions about Tax Education and the stricto sensu Cost of Rights, and highlight the dimension of social control. The results obtained from the political-normative perspective point to some weaknesses, with emphasis on the institutionalization of PEFE-BA, and from the perspective of the pedagogical strategies adopted, it was evident that the EaD course “Disseminators of Tax Education” it is the only action of a pedagogical nature carried out within the scope of the project, a broader scenario defined by punctual and untimely initiatives that give little effectiveness and efficiency to the project

O objetivo é analisar os fenômenos relativos à organização político-normativa que delimita o PEFE-BA no âmbito do Programa de Educação Fiscal do Estado da Bahia (PEF-BA), bem como as estratégias pedagógicas adotadas para a disseminação da Educação Fiscal em ambiente escolar. A delimitação temporal da pesquisa parte da criação do Grupo de Educação Fiscal do Estado da Bahia (GEFE/BA), instituído pelo Decreto nº 15.737/2014, visando a implementação do Programa Nacional de Educação Fiscal (PNEF) na rede estadual de ensino.
