Resumo: | The Integrated Adult Action Program is a public policy in the municipality of Esteio / RS aimed at adults aged 21 or over, who did not complete Primary School at the regular age and have at least the sixth grade completed. The Program seeks to optimize the time of the worker, valuing their knowledge with the aim of producing learning from their experiences, providing them with the search for better working conditions and the exercise of citizenship. Based on the assumption that most of the students are already in a professional activity, having a physically exhausting daily life, the objective of this work was to reduce school dropout, as well as the infrequency in class and to increase the socialization among students, making learning motivational and significant. As a result of the activities, there was a growth of students in their ways of expressing themselves, in creativity, in human relations, as well as the maintenance of the number of frequent students. |

O Programa busca otimizar o tempo do trabalhador, valorizando seus conhecimentos com o objetivo de construir um aprendizado a partir de suas vivências, proporcionando-lhes a busca por melhores condições de trabalho e o exercício da cidadania. Partindo do pressuposto que a maioria dos discentes já se encontra em alguma atividade profissional, possuindo um cotidiano fisicamente desgastante, o objetivo deste trabalho foi diminuir a evasão escolar, assim como a infrequência às aulas e potencializar a socialização entre estudantes, tornando motivadora e significativa a aprendizagem.
