Resumo: By establishing a connection between deafness, language and psychoanalysis, the article makes it possible to expand and raise possibilities for the development of new knowledge in relation to the process of construction of the subject, which allows us to reflect on who is the unique subject, engendered by language, which is constituted and constituent of his non-transferable and personal experiences since his birth. The signaled deaf subject (who only communicates through sign language), even with significant achievements in terms of legislation, still continues to have difficulties with regard to the learning process in the school environment, which qualitatively implies their social inclusion. It is noteworthy that psychoanalysis is concerned with studying and investigating the unconscious and the functioning of the psychic apparatus, whose socio-educational subject is constructed by language. This bibliographic research is methodologically configured in a qualitative descriptive study, whose analyzes allowed to infer that language is not vocalization. That such knowledge becomes relevant when it is intended to transform the socio-educational field into an inclusive and meaningful space for the construction of the deaf subject.

That such knowledge becomes relevant when it is intended to transform the socio-educational field into an inclusive and meaningful space for the construction of the deaf subject.
