Resumo: This is a qualitative study that aimed to implement health education actions focused on women's sexuality in the climacteric/menopause in the Family Health Strategy, as well as seeking to sensitize health professionals to the issue. A group was held with women in the climacteric/menopause, guided by the perspective of Popular Education in Health, in addition to matrix support with the nursing team. Thematic analysis was used to interpret the data produced. The invisibility of this theme in the field of women's health in public policies and health services was evidenced, highlighting the need to create spaces for listening, reception, and exchange of experiences of the various transformations of this period, in Primary Health Care, aiming at the guarantee of sexual and reproductive rights and comprehensive health care for women in the climacteric and menopause.

Foi realizado um grupo com mulheres no climatério/menopausa, guiado por meio da perspectiva da Educação Popular em Saúde, além de um matriciamento com a equipe de enfermagem. Utilizou-se a análise temática para interpretar os dados produzidos.
