The contributions of the National Movement for Rural Education in the construction of public policies for rural schools

Resumo: This article aims to present the contributions of the National Movement for Rural Education in the development of public policies for rural schools from the 1990s to the present day. The theoretical and methodological procedures used were: bibliographic research based on the studies of Arroyo, Caldart and Molina (2011), Arroyo (2007), Borges (2007), Caldart (2012), Fernandes, Cerioli and Caldart (2011), Munarim (2008), and others; and documentary research based on Opinion No. 36/2001 of the National Council of Education (CNE) regarding the Operational Guidelines for Basic Education in Rural Schools, Resolution CNE/CEB No. 1 of April 3, 2002, Federal Decree nº 7.352. of November 4, 2010, Ordinance No. 86 of February 1, 2013. It is concluded that the National Movement for Rural Education has been contributing to the development of public policies for rural schools, with a perspective of human emancipation and a counter-hegemonic education project for the rural working class.

Os procedimentos teórico-metodológicos utilizados foram: pesquisa bibliográfica embasada nos estudos de Arroyo, Caldart e Molina (2011), Arroyo (2007), Borges (2007), Caldart (2012), Fernandes, Cerioli e Caldart (2011), Munarim (2008) e outros; e pesquisa documental a partir do Parecer do CNE nº 36/2001 relativo às Diretrizes Operacionais para a Educação Básica nas Escolas do Campo, Resolução CNE/CEB, nº 1, de 3 abril de 2002, Decreto Federal nº 7.352, de 4 de novembro de 2010a, Portaria nº 86, de 1 de fevereiro de 2013.
