Resumo: The Coniacian-Santonian Uberaba Formation of Triângulo Mineiro region hás yielded a important paleofauna from fluvial and associated paleoenvironments. Although poor, fossil content are represented by invertebrates and vertebrates. The paleontological and geological data suggested that Uberaba Formation is characterized by a fluvial of a braided type.
