The Hegemony of external evaluations and the notion of quality that makes Pernambuco State's integral education policy

Resumo: This article is the result of a dissertation developed in the Graduate Program in Education at the Federal University of Pernambuco (UFPE) and research carried out by the GESTOR Group - Research in Education Management and Free Time Policies and it has the goal of presenting some reflections on the centrality of external evaluations in the Comprehensive Education Policy of the State of Pernambuco - PEI. Methodologically, we carry out document analysis, bibliographic review and content analysis of interviews with teachers, managers and pedagogical coordinators. The results indicate that in the PEI there is a process of introjection of the collection mechanisms that comes from the management by results, which establishes rigid evaluation mechanisms and makes the teachers responsible.

Méthodologiquement, nous réalisons l'analyse documentaire, la revue bibliographique et l'analyse du contenu des entretiens avec les enseignants, les gestionnaires et les coordinateurs pédagogiques. Les résultats indiquent qu'à l'Î.-P.-É., Il existe un processus d'introjection des mécanismes de collecte qui provient de la gestion par les résultats, qui établit des mécanismes d'évaluation rigides et responsabilise les enseignants.O presente artigo é fruto de uma dissertação desenvolvida no Programa de Pós-Graduação em Educação da Universidade Federal de Pernambuco (UFPE) e de pesquisas realizadas pelo Grupo GESTOR – Pesquisa em Gestão da Educação e Políticas do Tempo Livre e tem como objetivo apresentar algumas reflexões sobre a centralidade das avaliações externas na Política de Educação Integral do Estado de Pernambuco - PEI. Metodologicamente realizamos análise documental, revisão bibliográfica e análise de conteúdo das entrevistas realizadas com professores, gestores e coordenadores pedagógicos.
