New-development discourse, neo-liberal government: the PT and deepening dependence and the financialization of relations under capital

Resumo: Much has been publicized about a series of policies implemented by the PT in the last decade that could point to a new developmentalism. From our perspective, there is no developmentist traces without rupture with the financial capital's hegemony. From a review of the literature about the production adjustment undertaken by the globalization of finances, we seek to identify elements to understand the problem, that enable us to formulate the hypothesis that the Lula's government has not directed any type of neodevelopmentalism, except as a discursive strategy.

De notre point de vue il n'y a pas de développement sans rupture traits l'hégémonie du capital financier. D'après un examen de lalittérature sur les politiques d'ajustement de la production réalisée par la mondialisation de la finance chercher à soulever les éléments pour comprendre le problème qui nous permettent de formuler l'hypothèse que le gouvernement Lula n'a pas réalisé un type de développementalisme, mais comme une stratégie discursive.Muito tem sido alardeado sobre um conjunto de políticas levadas a cabo pelo PT nos últimos dez anos que poderiam apontar para um novo desenvolvimentismo. Segundo a nossa perspectiva, não há traços desenvolvimentistas sem ruptura com a hegemonia do capital financeiro.
