Participatory Institutional Evaluation as an instrument of autonomy in strengthening school democratic management

Resumo: | The article is the result of research in a public school and brings the Participatory Institutional Evaluation as an object of study, seeking to investigate its mechanisms based on the participatory bias and its relationship with autonomy in strengthening Democratic Management. Through qualitative research, observation, interviews, questionnaires and documentary analysis were used as collection methods, having as theoretical reference authors such as Sobrinho (2012), Afonso (2009), Freitas (2014) and Brandalise (2010). It was found that the Participative Institutional Assessment is configured as a participation mechanism, as an exercise of autonomy in improving the quality desired by school actors, strengthening Democratic Management as it contributes to the emancipation of the subjects. |

Grâce à la recherche qualitative, l'observation, les entretiens, les questionnaires et l'analyse documentaire ont été utilisés comme méthodes de collecte, ayant comme référence des auteurs théoriques tels que Sobrinho (2012), Afonso (2009), Freitas (2014) et Brandalise (2010). Il a été constaté que l'évaluation institutionnelle participative est configurée comme un mécanisme de participation, comme un exercice d'autonomie dans l'amélioration de la qualité souhaitée par les acteurs scolaires, renforçant la gestion démocratique car elle contribue à l'émancipation des matières.Este artigo é fruto de uma pesquisa em escola pública e traz a Avaliação Institucional Participativa como objeto de estudo, buscando investigar os mecanismos dessa com base no viés participativo e sua relação com a autonomia no fortalecimento da Gestão Democrática. Através da pesquisa qualitativa, foram utilizados como métodos de coleta a observação, entrevistas, questionário e análise documental, tendo como referencial teórico autores como Sobrinho (2012), Afonso (2009), Freitas (2014) e Brandalise (2010).
