Educational policies for Field Education: a historical analysis

This article aims to reflect the educational policies for the field in its historical movement. The starting point is to understand the political and educational significance of the term "Field Education". This term is analyzed from the perspective of the arguments of the advocates of the Movement for a Field Education, who stand in defense of a specific education based on a socialist project. Thus, as a way of elucidating the policy designed for the education of the countryside, we present an analysis of the historical context of governments since 1990, which materializes in the struggle for agrarian reform and a specific education for the countryside that considers the history and the knowledge of peasants.
