Resumo: | The study had the objective of training teachers / managers within the scope of the School of Managers Program, from the specialization course in pedagogical coordination. It sought to understand if the objectives proposed in the official documents regarding the training developed in the modality of distance education were reached. A bibliographical and documentary research was completed, complemented by a questionnaire. The analysis was based on a logic seeking a movement from dialectical historical materialism. The comparison between the explicit and implicit meanings revealed contradictions, which indicates the need to take a deeper search for the explanations of this program. |

L'étude ayant pour objectif de former des enseignants / gestionnaires dans le cadre du programme de l'École des gestionnaires, à partir d'un cours de spécialisation en coordination pédagogique. Il visait à comprendre si les objectifs proposés dans les documents officiels concernant la formation développée dans les modalités de formation à distance étaient atteints. Une recherche bibliographique et documentaire a été complétée, complétée par un questionnaire. L’analyse s’appuie sur une logique recherchant un mouvement du matérialisme historique dialectique. La comparaison entre les significations explicites et implicites révélé des contradictions, ce qui indique la nécessité d'approfondir d'explications de ce programme. O estudo teve como objeto a formação de professores/gestores no âmbito do Programa Escola de Gestores a partir do curso de especialização em coordenação pedagógica. Buscou compreender se os objetivos propostos nos documentos oficiais a respeito da formação desenvolvida na modalidade da educação a distância foram alcançados. Foi realizada pesquisa bibliográfica e documental, complementada por questionários. As análises pautaram-se em uma lógica buscando um movimento a partir do materialismo histórico dialético. A comparação entre os sentidos explícitos e implícitos revelaram contradições, o que sinaliza a necessidade de fazer um caminho mais profundo em busca das explicações desse programa.
