This review has as its main north, to evaluate in the LGBTQIA+ population the impacts of aging on sexuality, its role in society, importance and differences in treatment and still, strong prejudice. It is not by chance that civil society watches helplessly as, year after year, the commitments assumed with this growing population remain in good insignificant intentions and steps, especially in the area of ​​human rights. Therefore, there is the relevance of the discussion of this theme with the {m of ensure positive health outcomes in later life, especially resilient pathways where psychological resources and social resources (are associated with health-promoting behaviors, which in turn facilitate general good health in old age).
