Resumo: This study, with autoetnographic inspiration, considers both my process of acquiring knowledge in the arts and my aesthetic interest in manual and mystical practices. It reflects on knowledge acquired and empirical perpetuated for generations, ancestral inheritances that were/are part of my family context: embroidery, crochet, sewing, weaving, blessings, teas, herbal baths, crystals, signs, tarot, hand reading. This study is based on a broad conception of Art, announced by Shusterman (1998) and Richter (2000) and dialogues - superficials - with other fields, such as Psychology and Neuroscience. At the end, it presents a teaching proposition that concludes and disseminates the guiding thread revealed in the research process: The Com-fiar Workshop: A mystical Art experience, a course that proposes emotional education through craft and mystical practices.
