Resumo: The personality rights, among which is the right to intimacy, constitute rights inherent in the human condition, these are essential to a dignified life projection. In this context, the objective of this monograph is to develop an analysis of the right to privacy of employee with a limiting sources employer power of lead while the existing employment relationship. For both, the present doctrinal study makes the analysis of the General aspects of personality rights, delimiting, specifically, with regard to the right to privacy of employee in relation to the inherent powers of the employer.
