Resumo: The purpose of this paper is to defend the thesis that the organism acts as the groundwork of the conscious mind - through an emergent and embodied perspective of the mind. This paper seeks to innovate in proposing that the same thesis can be reconciled with the view of massive modularity, specifically with regard to evolutionary psychology. The purpose of this conciliation is to make progress in understanding the human mind. At the end of this Work of Course Conclusion, it is possible to state that, although these are subjects that have never been mixed before in the philosophical tradition, they do not present contradictions among themselves, but, on the contrary, complement each other in the development of a theory with an arsenal of broader answers to the problems of the philosophy of mind.

Este trabalho busca inovar em propor que a mesma tese pode ser conciliada com a visão de modularidade massiva, especificamente nos moldes da psicologia evolucionária. O objetivo desta conciliação é o de progredir na compreensão do funcionamento da mente humana.
