In an increasingly globalized world and with its production processes becoming more and more interconnected, the proper collection and analysis of data concerning logistic costs and expenses becomes a competitive advantage for organizations, taking into account that such disbursements represent impacts considerable in the financial results of institutions that need to transport their manufactured products. Related to the above, the study in question seeks to collect and analyze data regarding the distribution of finished products in an industry operating in the dairy sector and located in the Minas triangle. For comparative means, two quantitative analysis models were structured, a first traditional model of the Vehicle Routing Problem, covering all conventional restrictions except the time window, which is not observed in the restrictions faced by the company, and a second simplified model, which returns a satisfactory result in a considerably less time frame and supporting a larger input data capacity. For both cases, homogeneous fleets belonging to the studied company were considered, with the warehouses having deterministic demands and as a result of this study, the best routes to be taken to meet the respective demands of the warehouses together with the time taken to obtain the functions are presented. objectives in each model, using as a focus criterion the shortest possible distance between courses.
