OBJECTIVE: to describe the clinical case of a child diagnosised with bucodentais Berardinelli-Seip Syndrome and its characteristics. STORY OF CLINICAL CASE: The patient of the masculine sex with the age of 2 years and 3 months diagnosised with the Syndrome of Berardinelli, appeared to the clinic of the Project of Extension of Attendance the Babies with Deficiency for odontológico accompaniment with 1 year of age directed for pediatra. The patient was submitted to the one evaluation for the team of multiprofessional attendance. In anamnese the mother told that the child received the diagnosis to the 4 months from age, as well as hepática alteration, hipertricose and presented asthma. Currently the same it is in accompaniment with the doctor with pediatra, endocrinologista, gastrologista, oftalmologista, fonoaudiólogo, nutritionist and hepatologista, and makes use of the Trifan vitamin after the lunch. According to mother, did not have no alteration in the sistêmica health of the patient in the last months. To the intrabucal clinical examination complete deciduous set of teeth presence was verified, with visible presence of biofilme dental, without activity of caries. The child presented a difficult behavior, being necessary the use of active protective stabilization. The considered treatment was the control of biofilme dental by means of orientation of buccal hygiene with the mother and the child and supervised escovação. CONCLUSION: The presentation of this in case that it were important for dissemination of the knowledge regarding the bucodentais SBS and its characteristics. The odontológica boarding of this type of patient, can well complex have to some sistêmicas alterations that they possess.
